Apps in Galaxy A7 wont open due to apparent Overheating isssues?

I bought my Galaxy A7 6 months ago. It was working fine until this morning.
However today , it started vibrating every 2 minutes and wont switch on.
Afterwards i did the Volume down+ Power Button+ Menu Button. It switched on fine.
Now most of my apps wont open due to an apprarent Overheating issue. What's gone wrong?

There could be something physically wrong with the phone. You might need to try to take it to a service center to have it looked at.
