Can't sign in to my google account on lg vu 2!!

I have tried everything like factory reset and application cache and data clearing but the problem continues and it says"can't establish a reliable connection to the server". What should I do?

First you need root ur device and then istall root explorer and go /etc and find ..hosts...delete it
