vanishing file from my sd card

When I rebooted my phone all types of files from sd card were vanished like video, apk, music ,picture and all pdf

Welcome to Android Central! Was it a simple reboot, or did you do a factory reset?

Go to Settings>Storage and see if the SD card even registers in the system. If it does, Unmount it, then remove it and insert it into your computer SD reader. (If it doesn't register in the phone, then just remove the card--no need to Unmount.) Does the computer detect the card? If not, then the card is dead.
