signal & internet connection issues w my sprint Samsung note 5

I have sprint as my mobile carrier and I recently I upgraded to a Samsung note 5 and here the past week I've been having signal and internet issues so I have chkd my mobile network and it goes from LTE to auto so which one is it suppose to be on
