Whenever I try to turn ON my htc one M8 it goes to "Androide Recovery" Mode, where I have many options (I wish to to able to upload the picture)
    - Reboot system now
    - Reboot to bootloader
    - Apply update from ADB
    - Apply update from SD card
    - Wipe data/factory reset
    - Wipe cache partition
    - Power off
I selected "Wipe data/factory reset" but the problem is not solve.
Can someone help me with the means I can get this phone work? I will really appreciate.

Welcome to Android Central! It's possible your Volume button is broken, and is always registering a Vol Down press. Since pressing Power and Vol Down is how you get the M8 into bootloader, that might be why you can't seem to boot normally: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10672
