Daughters Boost galaxy prevail lte wont unlock

She dropped the phone. But the screen is not cracked. I see the lock screen picture. But wont recognize when you try to swipe to open. I have tried rebooting but it wont let me tap on options to restart or shutdown. Have tried taking the battery out and put back in. Still wont recognize me trying to swipe th screen.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that the screen isn't registering any touches? The screen (or more specifically, the digitizer) is likely damaged, or perhaps there's a loose connection due to the drop. The screen doesn't have to be cracked to be damaged. Bring it to a repair shop.
