S5 won't connect to Windows 10 N PC

Tried multiple things but all that happens is the phone changes. Tried using kies and device is not found even after factory reset and reinstalling media pack. Tried manually installing drivers still no luck I am running windows 10 N edition.

Try uninstalling the drivers and try installing and connecting again. Also try another USB port when connecting to see if that helps. Let us know if that works.

Still no joy and I downloaded kies from their website. Is that the correct 1?

I had the same issue. I contacted samsung Web help and they told me to type something into dialler and send then it allowed my phone to be a mass storage device. I can't remember what the thing was I was told to enter though lol. Contact them and say you need the phone to be able to connect to pc. This should sort it I think!
