Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about mobile data (3G/4G) or wi-fi? If the former, are you sure your current plan includes mobile data? Is your mobile data switch turned on? Is the phone from MetroPCS, or did you get it unlocked from somewhere else and are now using it on MetroPCS?
