Recorded videos won't play.

I have a galaxy s5 and just today it decided it won't play any videos I have recorded. I have lots of videos of my son and whenever I try to watch them it just says "can't play video". Does anyone know why or how to fix it? They were all recorded with the camera in the phone and I'm trying to watch them with the stock video player.

Following because my S4 started doing that today as well. I've had my phone for almost three years and haven't had any problems until this last update.

There are several reports about this same issue and for some members it was related to Google+. Go to the app manager and uninstall/uninstall updates for this app and try again.
