Why is my lg optimus L90 turning on and off?

[AC Question]

I went shoveling a couple days ago and my phone didn't get that wet or cold. it was working fine but when i got home, i tried turning it on but every time i tried turning it on, it would turn right back off. I tried to see what was the problem by taking the battery and putting it in on the same exact phone and it worked but when i tried it on my phone it still wouldnt work. i guess it's the phone and not the battery
