Delete miss spelt email address from predictive text Moto G3 3rd Gen

Hi,

I have a miss spelt email address that I need to remove from predictive text or correct.

I've tried holding it to delete. This doesn't work.

I've added a shortcut with correct email. This doesn't show in suggestion.

I've tried clearing the cache. This didn't work.

I've searched the internet and found no other options.

The phone has the google keyboard.

Can anyone help me please.

If you're using the Google Keyboard, your custom dictionary is usually found in Settings -> Language & Input -> Google Keyboard. Then depending on the version of Google Keyboard, look for the Personal Dictionary option (it may be buried under Text Correction settings), where you should see a list of your custom words.
