Won't Connect to Apps

[AC Question]

My Samsung Tab - model - SM-T210R was find until I turned it on the other day. The time and date had re-set itself. The internet works ok but when I try to connect to any app, it says I'm not connected. I am connected for sure.

What's the problem?
