Galaxy s5 Static Screen

[AC Question]

i dropped my Samsung Galaxy s5 in water and the back popped off and the phone was submerged in water I quickly grabbed it out and put it in rice for 4 days and when I turned it on it just shows a static screen but it still plays its boot up sounds and sounds when I get a notification I can also change the sound profile and when I do that the static pattern changes but then will go back in the amount of time it takes for the volume bar to go away any ideas on what part it needs or if it even needs one because i was reading somewhere that it might just be a ribbon loose in the inside. It also reboots randomly because it can be sitting on my dresser and I will all of a sudden head the AT&T noise (This phone is out of service has no sim or SD in it.

It's ready for the trash bin. It doesn't matter how quick you were to pull it out of the water, it's already damaged beyond repair.
