My launcher crashed and so I went to do a reboot. Held down the power button the normal 10 secs to do so and it restarted. However, it got stuck at the samsung logo with the blue dots pulsing out from behind the logo. Holding the power button to power off does nothing. Holding the power button + the volume down button will power it off, but it immediately reboots again only o get stuck at the same spot.
