What do I do if there is a small punctured hole in the back of my phone?

I saw that a safety pin that I had had punctured a small hole in the back of my phone and added a couple of scratches on the screen. When I reached my phone í felt that it was a bit warm. along with several of the stuff inside my bag. what do I do? Is my phone no longer useable?
