Upgraded from Droid Maxx to the Samsung S5. Later I discovered there was no Sim Card installed.

I have experienced a slew of issues, etc since bringing the "S 5" home. Phone will not download data from the "cloud" (i.e. contacts, pictures etc.).

There was this odd "strobe-like" pink flashing lite whenever i touched the screen that would flash for 2-3 sec. This continues "periodically".

I've been unable to enter the "Learning Curve" with any confidence since sooooooo many things are "out of whack" etc.

I've been in contact with "Verizon" from the beginning, and they seem to think (for one) that it may be (in part) a "Cloud" related issue.

Any suggestions, comments, etc. ?
