So I really need some help with this, I picked up a USB OTG cable but it hasn't changed anything. My car doesn't support bluetooth, and I can't change songs from my car controls using AUX (plus the sound quality is not as good) I really need to figure this out, I also have a Samsung soundbar I'd like to connect my phone to. Please help.

To connect to the soundbar, consider a Chromecast Audio.

What car do you have, and does it have a factory-installed sound system or aftermarket? If the system doesn't support Bluetooth streaming audio, then your main option is to get a Bluetooth audio receiver that plugs into the car system's Aux jack, but I'm not sure if the sound quality will be any better than using an aux cable. And you still won't be able to use the car's controls to skip songs. If you got an Android Wear or Pebble watch, you could control the phone's music using the watch, but I'm guessing you're not going to go to those lengths.
