I have a J5 SAMSUNG mobile and recently I bought a Sandisk 64 GB memory card but I can't transfer the musics from my pc, via wmp, to my cellphone because after some musics are transferred, the synchronized process stops so shall I install Kies3 or/and Sidesync ? Thank you.
