How do you Revert the Galaxy S6 Edge without factory resetting it?

A lot of apps got Uninstalled off of my phone and now my home screen is all messed up. None of my icons are there, its all factory stuff as if the phone was reset. I went back in to Google Play and reinstalled all of my apps but it's still the same way. The icons are huge and the clock is huge and my background is gone. And when I swipe to the left or the right all of my content is gone. Is there any way to rollback a Phone the way you do with a computer? Without factory resetting it? What we did was go into application settings, then clicked on the tab to view all that are Running, and then uninstalled multiple. But it was only dumb ones, like Walgreens, or Subway, not anything important...or so I thought.

Sounds like you inadvertently put your phone into "Easy" mode. Go to settings and scroll down the list until you see Easy mode. Click on it and choose "Standard" mode.
