Sony Xperia M2 D2403 Lollipop camera and freezing issues

[AC Question]

Hi

Since I have "up"graded to Lolli"****", I've very bad quality camera pictures and even screen shots are shoddy. My keyboard freezes regularly in my browser as well.

Can you please provide me with some solutions.

Can I revert to Kitkat, or should I root the thing, and if so how?

First, try a Cache Partition wipe, and if no go, a Factory Reset.
