how do i get rid of the internal error message from my emai

I am unable to access my email. I keep getting a message that says internal error, report. This has happened only over the last two days

Are you using the Gmail application? Go into system settings > accounts > google. Make sure the account you are using is set to sync and that it appears to be syncing. Alternatively, you can also go into system settings > applications > gmail (if using gmail) app > clear cache.
