    Ok so when I send a picture/video to one or two people it will deliver and they will open it but if I send it to a few of my friends it delivers but not one of them are opened. Most of my friends are very active on snapchat so they would've seen them in minutes. Can anyone tell me why this is happening or what's the problem? I know its not the phone because I got a new phone yesterday and it still has the same problem.

    Uninstall snapchat then reinstall it and see if that fixes the problem.
