Lost my phone's os....

bought moto g (1st gen) ....it was upgrading and was having around 1% battery and was charging but simultaneously i unplugged the charger and the mobile turned off...and now its not turning on....now what should i do... i just want my phone...what should i do know?

Bring it to the carrier (and don't mention anything about the battery - that's your fault, you're told to make sure it has at least 50% charge). Tell them it died during an update and ask them to reflash it.
