Why are there not so much apps, and settings possible for my beautifull m8s+ android tv box?

I like more apps for my tv box. I cannot swipe. Also i like to change my skin on android 5.1. Iron man is nice, but i can't change the skin.

Welcome to Android Central! These various Android TV boxes direct from China might not have access to the Google Play Store, so instead you have to rely on some other 3rd party appstore that is usually much smaller (and has a worse selection).

Did the box come with any manual?
