LG Volt mic stopped working

[AC Question]

My mic on my LG Volt stopped working for recording video but for making calls on Facebook Messenger it works.

Anyway to make my mic work for recording videos?

Welcome to Android Central! Can people hear you on speakerphone? If not, then the secondary mic might be faulty. Or the opening might be blocked or clogged--inspect the secondary mic carefully, and if it looks clogged, use a safety pin or a needle to gently scrape out the debris.
