I have a htc desire 510 and my phone wont turn on and if it does it is stuck on the htc screen and does not move any further and instead drains my battery. It doesnt charge either sometimes it says its charging and other times it doesnt. I have tried holding down the power button and the vol down button and choosing factory reset but my phone doesnt reset or turn on. Its been two days now and prior to that my apps constantly crash.
