bluetooth issues with at&t gear s2

[AC Question]

when my gear s2 is connected to my at&t note 5 via bluetooth my phone will not receive calls and informs callers that i'm not accepting calls at this time. Also when i place my gear s2 into power saver mode or turn it completely off if does the same thing informing callers that i'm not accepting calls at this time. Is anyone else having this issues and how do i fix it.
