I have an HTC desire eye but have not received the lollipop update, what is the problem?

The lollipop update for the HTC desire eye has rolled already, but I have not received it as yet.

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier are you on? The Desire Eye was an AT&T exclusive, so if you got it unlocked and are using it on a different network, you'd have to get it back onto the AT&T network in order to download the system update. A cheap prepaid AT&T SIM should work well enough.
