Phone won't turn on, how to factory reset it?

Sometime the other night my note 4 died. There was a blue blinking light. But it won't power up or turn on when battery is charged. I want to wipe it's memory but how is the question. New phone was here in overnighted that's how I charged the battery

You can try replacing the battery of the Note 4 that is not working and see if that gets you booted. Otherwise, without turning it on, you can't factory reset/format the memory.
