Is there a guide for unlocking CM Security emergency call lock from Adroid phones?

I downloaded CM Security and CM Locker apps to my Android Mini phone. When I inadvertently allowed the phone's battery to go below 5%, an incoming call caused the phone to automatically down. It then automatically restarted, but after booting up the phone was limited to an " emergency call" mode that locked me out of every use of the phone other than making an emergency call.

Is there detailed guide for unlocking emergency call mode and restoring use of phone?
