Why is the TouchWiz Clock App Icon not updating to current time?

[AC Question]

Hi my phone Galaxy S6 edge plus just out of the box and i notice the Clock icon is not showing the current time but a few hour late. If i reset the phone, it will back to the current time but it will go out of sync ( a couple hour difference ) after a few hours later... All the date and time is set to automatic update.

I have Note 5 as well and it didn't have this issue. Please help.

Wipe app data via application manager and see if that helps.

I have tried the following, none of them works:

- Factory reset + wipe cache partition
- Clear data and cache of clock apps

Any ideas? Should i just walk into Samsung service center?
