Sync "People" Contacts will not upload to Exchange Server with Exchange Active Sync

Android (on HTC One) v5.0.2

Seems each time I add to my "People" Contact on my phone, the Exchange Server does not receive the information. When done on my Outlook (2010), adding to Contacts, works fine and I see it on my phone (People). I have deleted and added my Exchange account on my phone but w/ no avail. Is this an Android OS problem? My wife,s iPhone seems to work just fine. So, its its not an Exchange issue. Anybody else experiencing this issue? (Mail, Calendar, Tasks works just fine on my phone).
