Help me please

[AC Question]

I plugged my Samsung galaxy s 4 in w/the charger it came with. I fell asleep & when I woke up there was a picture of a battery on my phone saying it was to hot. Now my phone has a pink stain on the screen. And in the bottom left hand corner it says [safe mode]. I just got this phone about a week ago it is a replacement phone because the one I got from Walmart quit texting. Please help

Return the phone if you have a warranty. Otherwise you could change battery and get a new screen installed but it wouldn't be worth the $. Swappa
