Clearing Cache and uninstalling a lot of apps but the storage space keeps on deacreasing?

[AC Question]

I basically uninstalled WhatsApp and tried to make space kik and snapchat but when I uninstalled it and deleted some stuff I had 210MB of space but that still wasn't enough, so I cleared my cache which was about 101MB the available space on my phone became 167MB ? I'm kinda confused as to whats going on here please help
