Why can't I make purchases in games?

I try to buy different things on different games but it won't work! Only this one game works and it is the first time I used my google play card on it. It keeps saying error retrieving information from server rpc... but whenever I try to look it up online I only get answers of things happening with people trying to buy stuff directly from Google Play

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.


If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.
