Hardware lag with HTC Desire eye

Hi,

My phone (HTC Desire eye) only today started lagging, I found this unusual as my phone doesn't lag often, the was worse than normal lag, being 4-5 seconds behind the touch input. This went on for a while and then returned to normal for around 10 minutes, it then returned to the lag stage, from there everything lagged, (settings, apps, typing, locking the device) is is still continuing to do this, I have performed a factory restore, this did not help the issue and there is still lag, I am out of idea as to what could be causing it and whether the phone is just broken.

After doing a factory data reset did you not install any apps to see if you still have the same problem?

Hi, I am the same person but i think i had to create an account to reply, anyway, once i did the factory restore it was lagging during the initial set-up wizard before anything was updatesd/installed

Sorry to hear that. If it is happening even fresh after a factory data reset then I would contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement
