Trusted face is disabled by the administrator

I am not able to set the trusted face in my Nexus 5X. It is showing it is disabled by the administrator. How could I enable it

Take a look in Settings, Security, Device Administrators. If you find nothing obvious to change, tell us what you see and we may be able to suggest.

I'm having the same problem on my Droid Turbo 2, I've even tried disabling all of them, no luck, I had it set up before I upgraded to marshmallow, and I'm using a pin to unlock.
