Why is it that my 'Dell streak6 10 Pro ' tablet cannot open Google Play store?

My tablet 'dell streak 10 pro' bought from china. I am useing it last 3years. When i bought,it's had no build in app 'google play store'. When i try to install it from other source, it's installed but didnot open. Always ask me to add an account to my device. Though i have already a gmail account in my device. My dell streak 10 pro's android version 3.2 and i need a solution of this probs. Please help me.

Welcome to Android Central! That means the device isn't certified by Google for Google Play. Devices bought in China often aren't certified. You have to rely on the lesser-known app store they usually come installed with.
