[Galaxy Grand] SE for Android is disabled.

[AC Question]

My phone keeps showing a "SE for android has been disabled." Pop-up and telling me to restart my phone.?

I m quite an I.d.i.o.t and don t understand what is going on.Searching Google makes me even more confused.I reset my phone and tried many times.I do not want to root my phone or anything.Is there a solution?Sorry if this question is stupid.I m currently using a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2.
Update: Now it says the software is modified and won't let me update software.
Update 2: I'm pretty sure my phone is not rooted.Used root Checker.
Update 3: Someone please help me T.T

Welcome to Android Central! When you say you reset the phone, do you mean a simple reboot, or a factory data reset?

Go to the App Manager and make sure you haven't disabled anything related to Knox (i.e., any Samsung security app). SE for Android stands for Security Enhancements for Android: https://www.samsungknox.com/en/products/knox-workspace/how-to/lock-down-android
