    I haven't been able to use my LG Volt for some time now, so my account got suspended and my number was erased. I called customer service and they went through the steps with me to help gain access to my account again. They already gave me a new number, but it hasn't transferred to my phone physically. Does this mean that I have to do a factory reset and do the activation process so that my number can be updated?
