it disappeared a week ago. device manager not findingit even not accurate on the last time it was online . are there any apps that can locate it with the IP address even?
can I find my lost or stolen galaxy s5 if i have the IEMI number?

Welcome to Android Central!
Outside of Android Device Manager I don't think there is any other way to locate the phone unless you had something else installed for tracking.
