HTC one cannot save to internal drive

If the system and your apps can't write to the data partition then your apps won't work. Are all your apps working properly?

Boot into recovery and wipe your cache partition. You won't lose anything and it should give you a clean place to start. You may additionally consider cleaning up your caches by restarting your device more frequently, at least once every couple to few days. Don't let the phone turn itself off, run the battery down to zero. This is bad for the device, it's like holding the power button on a pc. This bypasses the normal shutdown procedure and can cause corrupted data which can lead to memory issues as well as performance problems.
