Have you gotten any help with this? I have the same headset. The charging light will stay on while it's plugged in and it will pair and function while it's plugged in. Remove the charger and I get nothing. I've left it charging over night and the red light is still on in the morning. Had this like 2 weeks. It worked once, went on vacation and came back to try and use it and had this issue. Any help?
