    It doesn't matter if I try to open my messages, gallery or chrome the message pops up saying anything will be stolen off my phone if I don't download an app to solve it. That pop up led me to download Atleast 11 different battery saver apps to fix it and it still popped up saying I needed more apps to download to fix it and it still pops up.

    You may have had malware installed when you downloaded one of those battery saving apps. I'd suggest a factory reset and don't install those apps. You know your device best, and can easily do what those apps do, such as disabling services and apps you don't need.
