Cannot send pictures to certain mobile phones

[AC Question]

Hi. My husband and I can send pictures via text on our cell phones to anyone else on any type of device without problem, but we do not receive the images we send to one another; no text is received at all. It's like it doesn't get sent. I am using an HTC M8 with Android 6.1 and he is using Samsung Galaxy Rugby with an older Android OS. Any thoughts are totally appreciated!

Welcome to the forums. Does it happen both ways, say it makes no difference who sends to who?

Hi, thanks for your reply. I can receive my husband's images via text, but he receives nothing from me, not text nor image when a message is sent with an image attachment. He has data and wife enabled.

It might be an issue of older and newer operating systems. Are you using the stock text apps for each? If you use one from Play that's free, that might help. There are lots out there... Google has one, Textra is free, as I recall.
