When I power up my tablet, it displays the iNova screen, but a little while after, it freezes on a blue screen and won't load. It all started when it froze, so i shut it down, and now it keeps freezing up on the blue screen. Please help me.
It may be best to contact the manufacturer's customer support about that.
Alternatively, if you can boot into Recovery, you could try a Cache Partition wipe, or a Factory Reset. Note that the latter will cause the loss of all your personal data unless you have backed up.
