Friday I downloaded marshmallow OS, on my note 5 and it seemed to be okay, after a while it was a little leggy so I did a factory reset. When it came back it on it went through the set up process. I followed the prompt to enter my information.

When it ask for my Google pass word it would not accept it, I changed the pass word on my computer and now the phone will not get passed that screen. I called Verizon several times, google, and samsung. Verizon has no clue why or how to fix it, Google says it will take three 3-5 days for them to fix it. And Samsung wants me to mail them the phone with all my proof that I own the phone and it has not been turn off by verizon!

does any one know of a work around to get my phone back to operation?

they didn't say how they were going to fix it. I guess they will just refresh my google account and wipe the phone off of my account so that it will be like a new phone, I keep getting the message, "Please sign in using one of the owners accounts for this device."

That is what I am doing, this is so frustrating!!
