My Tab-4 won't connect to Wi-Fi

I got my tablet this summer, it worked for a few months then all of the sudden it stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. The button to turn wifi on, when I go to switch it over, it will stay on "on" for a second then turn right back off. I've tried factory resetting it and everything...
