Can a faulty / low-quality charger damage a mobile device in such a way as to cause a software glitch or a physical glitch in the device?
I am asking because I have a mobile charger (not one that plugs into the wall) after using which I have had peculiar events happen. Those events are:
* my Sony photo camera stopped taking photos and started showing noise on the screen
* my LG G2 stopped booting up properly
I wonder if above two can be connected to a faulty charger.
Bonus questions: can a good car (auto) charger cause damage solely because it is a car charger and not a wall charger? i.e. can car battery power and car wiring, as a source of electricity cause issues that a standard wall charger will not?
