my samsung a7 2016 is stuttering and lagging,how to fix this performance issue,is samsung going to issue any update to fix this issue.

Try wiping system cache via recovery mode. If problem persists, try a factory reset. If neither help then it's probably in the software and they will release an update. Couldn't tell you how long it will be before an update will be out.

I'd give them a call, leave some feedback about your experience with your device. They may be able to give you some more soild info on future updates. Oh may deem your device defective if this is not a wide spread problem.
